Cancellations

Something came up and you want to cancel? You can! Let us know via info@ausvixen.com and make sure you do this before we ship the order (usually within 1-3 days). Are you too late? Don't worry, you can still return the order. The return shipping costs will be at your expense. 

Wrong / damaged items

The package has arrived, but something's wrong? Usually that's an error on our side - that we pack the wrong size or a different color.

Please reach out to info@ausvixen.com within 30 days of getting the package. Attach photos, your order number and let us know what's wrong. We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Delayed Orders:

Okay, so it should take at most 9 days until your order arrives (let's do the math just in case, max 3 for handling and 6 for transit). If there's a delay (and you're not out in the bush), please wait for 3 extra days and then reach out to us - we'll see what's happening.
